Struggle of the Roman Empire and the small village of the Gauls continues. Caesar was terribly tired of disobedience and invincibility of the inhabitants of the village, because his reputation as a conqueror and great emperor suffers. He even began to wonder: maybe, mighty Gauls are semi-gods? But another ingenious thought, inspired by the deeds of Hercules, quickly freed him from such nonsense. The great emperor challenges the Gauls and decides to give twelve tasks.
But he wouldn't have been Caesar, if he hadn’t come up with a trick — these tasks are impossible for a man, because earlier only a half-god, half-man Hercules performed them. However, the characters in the cartoon 'The Twelve Tasks of Asterix' — funny and resourceful Gauls Asterix and Obelix, see no obstacles to success and agree to participate in twelve tasks.
